1. Services provided
We provide logistics and shipping facilitation services, including:

Receiving packages on your behalf at designated warehouse addresses

Organizing transport and delivery to your specified destination

Managing customs documentation and import/export compliance

Offering tracking and notification of shipment status

Note: We do not sell products or act as the owner of goods. Our role is limited to facilitating transportation, customs processing, and delivery.

2. User responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete shipment information, including sender and receiver details, item description, quantity, and declared value

Ensure that all shipments comply with applicable laws, regulations, and prohibited/restricted item rules

Cover all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees

Promptly respond to requests for additional information related to your shipments

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Prohibited items
ou may not ship items that are illegal or restricted under local, national, or international law. This includes, but is not limited to:

Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable liquids, chemicals)

Counterfeit or pirated goods

Perishable or illegal foodstuffs (unless approved and documented)

Items prohibited by the laws of the origin or destination country

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or report shipments suspected to contain prohibited items.

4. Payment and fees
All fees for services are outlined on our website or provided in a quotation.

Shipping fees must be paid in full prior to shipment processing unless otherwise agreed.

We may facilitate purchase of items as part of our services. In this case, 50% of the purchase value must be paid prior to shipping and 50% upon receipt of items.

Additional charges may apply for customs duties, storage, handling, or unforeseen expenses, and these are your responsibility.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account and services.

5. Tracking and delivery
We provide shipment tracking when available.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier performance, or external factors outside our control.

6. Liability
We act solely as a facilitator for the transportation of goods. We do not assume ownership of shipped items.

Our liability is limited to the services explicitly described in these Terms.

We are not responsible for:

Loss, damage, or delay of goods in transit

Customs duties, taxes, or fines imposed by authorities

Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you or the sender



Maximum liability for any claim is limited to €50,- per shipment, except where stricter limits are required by law

7. Insurance
We recommend that you arrange insurance coverage for your shipments.

We may offer insurance as an optional service, but coverage terms and liability limits are provided by the insurer, not us.

8. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to services if:

You breach these Terms

You provide false or misleading information

Your shipments violate applicable law or prohibited item rules

You fail to pay outstanding fees

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.



Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands

10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with an effective date. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
